Planners, architects and specialists in sustainable architecture and design will be speaking at MK’s first ever Community Energy Conference on Saturday 25th February at the Chrysalis Theatre, Willen Park, Milton Keynes.

The conference, part of the MK50 programme of events, will consider how the development of the Milton Keynes led to innovation in sustainable building design and energy efficiency, and how we could re-discover this ambition through community-led energy initiatives.

The conference has been organised by the newly formed MK Community Energy Alliance, and sponsored by MK Smart, and the CAPE Project and is taking place at Camphill Milton Keynes.  Camphill is one of the first organisations in Milton Keynes to benefit from solar PV installed by Wolverton Community Energy. It is free to attend (with a £5 charge for lunch) but please register online www.ticketsource.co.uk/chrysalismk
